"My name is Krissa,
I am 21 years old and a mother of an amazing 6 month old baby boy
named Kayden. I have experience with child care, I worked at my
aunt's in-home daycare part of my senior year in high school and
a little while after I graduated from high school. After that I
got into retail, then decided to go back to babysitting and I babysat
in Midlothian for a 2 month old until he was about 9 months old,
then I became pregnant with my son who is now 6 months old.
Many of you know times
are hard now, and it's hard enough finding a job, my fiance currently
works evenings, and many jobs wouldn't be willing to hire me to
work just during the day, and I would rather be at home with my
son anyways. I can provide references, etc.
I can babysit on Monday
thru Friday until 6:30pm (weekends if it's an absolute need.)
Pricing -- I
will do it by the hour, daily, or weekly.
Suggested price ranges
are:
- HOURLY: $7.25 (minimum
wage)
- DAILY : $30
- WEEKLY: $100
- BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL: $10/day; $50/week
BUT, I
am definitely willing to negotiate with people on the prices and
stuff, because I know what it is like being in money trouble and
having trouble finding reliable babysitters, etc. So definitely
don't be afraid to ask.
I also have a dog; if
you don't want your child around her, just say so and I can leave
her upstairs or outside for the day. Although she is really great
with kids, she's excited when people first get in the house, but
she calms down and she loves kids. That's like Kayden's best friend.
But it is no problem if you would rather her be away from the child.
