Butterscotch Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounce butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter, Chunky or Smooth
  • 1 Large can Chinese noodles

 

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over simmering water in a double boiler. Remove from heat; stir in Chinese noodles.

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper; place spoonfuls of mixture on the waxed paper.

Refrigerate to harden and keep refrigerated until serving.

Yield: about 3 dozen.
