Dishpan Chocolate Chip/Corn Flake Cookies

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups flour
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 4 cups corn flakes, crushed

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl.

For large cookies, drop by tablespoonfuls about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Yield: 8 dozen cookies if baking smaller cookies using teaspoonfuls
