In a bowl, beat cream
cheese, butter , and vanilla until fluffy.
Then gradually add the
sugars. Beat until mixed well.
Stir in 1-2 cups of
mini chocolate chips.
Form the mixture into
somewhat of a ball using a spatula. Then refrigerate for two hours.
Place the graham cracker
crumbs or pecans on a plate. Roll the chilled mixture in the crumbs
and form into a ball. Place this on a platter and refrigerate for
at least one more hour.
Remove platter; pour
Teddy Grahams around the dessert for dipping.
You can use the different
flavors of Teddy Grahams or actual graham crackers. Dip and Eat!
