Tyler & Hannah's Pizza Shapes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • pkg pepperoni slices
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix Bisquick baking mix and water until dough forms. Pat dough with hands floured and make into shapes (triangle, square, circle, etc.)

Form a 1/2 inch rim.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Stir garlic powder and tomato sauce; spoon over shapes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni.

Bake until crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.

"I threw this pizza recipe together one rainy Sunday afternoon. The kids wanted pizza and I didn't have a frozen one, nor did I want to go out in the rain. We unfortunately cannot have pizza delivered out in the country!! ...The kids thought the shapes were cool!"
