Preheat oven to 400
degrees
Unfold one pie crust
and line bottom of a deep pie dish. Set aside.
Cook ground beef, onion,
and garlic until beef is done. Drain fat.
Add eggs, cream cheese
and 4 ounces of Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until ground beef is
coated.
Add salt and pepper
to taste. Add broccoli to beef mixture and stir.
Pour into pie dish and
top with remaining cheese.
Unfold and cover with
pie crust. Pinch and seal edges. Cut small slits in center of pie
to vent.
Cook for 30 minutes.
