Cream together the following:
- ½ stick of margarine or butter
- 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
Mix Together in another
bowl:
- 3 ½ cups milk
- 2 (3 ½ ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding
- 12 ounce container Cool Whip
Add the cream cheese
mixture to the pudding mixture and blend well.
Crush or mash 2 packages
of Oreo cookies.
Layer in large flower
pot or plastic sand bucket:
- 1/3 crushed cookies
- ½ pudding mixture
- 1/3 crushed cookies
- ½ pudding mixture
- 1/3 crushed cookies
Eat right away for a
crunchy dessert, or refrigerate for several hours and the Oreo cookies
will become more cake-like. It’s a winner both ways!
