At RCDT,
we strive to provide excellence in training for each and every student.
Whether teaching a beginning three year old recreational student,
developing a professional dancer, or introducing an adult to a Pilates
program, our faculty provide superior instruction and attention
to everyone who enters our studio. One of our objectives is to instill
in everyone a love of motion and movement that will last a lifetime.
We believe that appreciation and awareness of movement provide excellent
foundations to health and wellness that naturally begin in childhood
and should evolve throughout one's life. The Adult Dance and Pilates
programs at RCDT continue our commitment to these objectives through
the spectrum of dance, movement, and wellness.
